What to send us
- The page where you found the problem (copy the web address).
- What is wrong, and if you can, a link to the official source that shows the correct information.

Please do not send
- Details about your own case, your ticket number, your driver's license number, or other personal information.
- Questions asking what you should do in your case. We are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice. Only a lawyer admitted in Ohio can do that (R.C. 4705.01).
If you have a court date
Messages sent here are not checked on any schedule, and sending one does not protect any deadline. If you have a court date or a deadline:
- Call the clerk of the court listed on your ticket. You can find Ohio courts on the Supreme Court of Ohio's trial court list.
- Talk to a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, ask the court whether you qualify for an appointed lawyer, or see Ohio Legal Help.
